Emplex’s senior engineer was one of four engineering managers for this $1.2 billion dollar project. This Project Office role included fiscal responsibility, input into guideway alignment finalization, station location and design coordination, quality programs, design parameter review, liaison with municipalities and consultants and review of contractor activities, including design-build and standard contracts. All performed while on full-time secondment to the Millennium Line project through ND Lea Consultants.  Emplex also directly performed foundation review and station platform assessment services.
